Bobcats Topped Orlando For FIfth Win

On Tuesday March 6th, the Charlotte Bobcats managed to comeback from 17 points down to scratch out their 5th win of the season.

This win brings them to a 5-32, and also gives them their first in conference win (1-8.)

The game offered relief from the relentless monotony that Bobcats games have to offer, and it’s refreshing to see the team show a glimmer of hope against a playoff contender.

Time Warner Cable is a great arena to watch a game, and is great to go take a few photos.

Check out a few shots we took while at the game:

Proposed High Speed Rail Improvements - UCity through Harrisburg (click for larger image)

Along with the planned UNCC light rail stop, other plans are in the works for the University City and Harrisburg area transportation infrastructure.  The state has plans to make improvements to a 12 miles stretch off rail in the University City – Harrisburg area running along Hwy 49. Am I the only one in Charlotte that supports rail growth and improvements?

Things to Photograph: CLT Skyline—Cityscapes

As photographers in Charlotte, we are always looking for something to snap a few photos of.  For the past year or so, we have had a fascination with our City’s skyline.  The modern buildings, beautiful architecture, and overall density of the buildings make for a spectacular subject.

The best part about it is you will never take the same photo twice, you could go every day for a year and you could always find something different.  Different angles allow for many perspectives of the city, and if you can find a good one you will get some great shots. Here is a collage of some of our shots over the past few months.

So get out a take some photos, and post a comment with a link to some of your Charlotte photos!
